The Main Thing is The Main Thing

FanExpo Philadelphia 2025 did a number on the GENY crew, leaving only JJ and Tyles to man the SS Get ‘Em.

After recapping the weekend, JJ and Tyles cover the Phillies and the big loss of Jose Alvarado. What does this mean for the team and a real run at the championship? Should the Phillies make some major moves, and lose some top prospects, to strengthen their even lighter bullpen? Or, can we make a real shot as is?

The Philadelphia Union has a big win amid a slog of a schedule the includes the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup (which is also looking pretty good for them). Can they sustain sitting at 1st place in the Eastern Confernce? FIRST PLACE IN ALL OF MLS???

There’s some basketball, there’s some hockey. JJ and Tyles touch on the NBA playoffs before entering JJ’s Hockey Corner and getting all up in the playoffs and what the Flyer’s are up to in their offseason.

Of course we have some Eagles news. Jalen Hurts is calm, cool, and collected. His press conference says it all: The Main Thing is Still The Main Thing. Recorded before the vote to ban the Tush Push (GET BETTER. GO BIRDS.), the guys discuss the topic before looking at the official Eagles schedule and predicdting what their record could be.
